Please strengthen. Please cover. Please protect. Please provide. Please comfort, give peace. Please heal, keep and guide. These are just a few of the things most of us have prayed throughout the year. Although these requests remain on our prayer list, we can glance back and see that our prayers have been answered. God, He Is Doing It!
Is the world still in crises? Yes. Is our nation still in need? Yes. Are school programs and church services still in transition? Yes. But my ability to write this today and the fact that you’re reading it means that we are still here, and our prayers answered.
God, He is Doing It!
Just like He has brought us through thus far this year, we must trust that He will continue to do so. Our Heavenly Father will not leave us hanging. Nor has He ever left us comfortless. His Word is True. He loves us still. His mercies are new every morning. He loves us, is with us; and He is the same God yesterday, today and forever more. Whatever we stand in need of, He is our Provider and He is Doing it!
Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
The Lord has and continues to strengthen, cover, protect, and provide. He comforts, gives peace, heals, keeps and guides. Great is His Faithfulness!
So when gloom tries to appear and you cannot see clear, look back at how far we have come thus far. You will see that God really is bringing us through. Then be encouraged, knowing that every day – HE IS DOING IT!
