The Bible lets us know that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Giving is a fantastic opportunity to be a blessing to someone in need. It tears down walls of pride and selfishness and places us in the proper position of service. Giving should never be done for a spectacle or recognition, but because we have the heart to do it, and desire to model the example set by Christ.
It’s difficult to be depressed, upset, or anxious when you're busy assisting someone else. We should have the faith to know if we would devote our attention to helping others in need; our Father in heaven will always take care of our needs. Let’s look for opportunities today to put our problems aside and make time to be a blessing to someone else. #BeEncouraged #Gifted2Give
